How do I get paid?

Link a PayPal or Payoneer account in Settings → Payment Details, then request a payout from your Earnings page once you have an available balance. See Set Up Your Payout Method and Earnings and Payouts.

When does my money become available?

Profit from a sale starts as pending and becomes available once the order ships. Canceled orders are removed from pending.

Why is my balance lower than I expected?

The most common reasons: orders that haven't shipped yet (still pending), or canceled orders that were removed. Check the tabs on your Earnings page for a full transaction history.

Is there a minimum payout?

Check your Earnings page when requesting a payout — any minimums or processing details are shown there.
