How are orders fulfilled?

Every product is made on demand — production starts when the order is placed. You never hold inventory or ship anything yourself.

How long does shipping take?

Orders go through two phases: production (the item is printed and prepared) and shipping (it travels to the buyer). Total delivery time depends on the product and the buyer's location.

How does fulfillment affect my earnings?

Your profit from a sale appears in Pending Earnings when the order is placed and becomes available once the order ships. If an order is canceled, it's removed from pending. See Earnings and Payouts.
