Manage Your Subscription
Your subscription sets your monthly AI usage, storage, and image quality. Manage it in Settings → Subscription → Manage Subscription, or from the usage meters in the top bar.
The plans
- Free — $0/month. 1 GB storage, standard usage limits, 1K image quality. For trying things out and the occasional one-off design.
- Basic — $9.99/month. 5 GB storage, 2× higher usage limits than Free, 1K image quality. For regular creators building a steady stream of designs.
- Pro — $19.99/month. 20 GB storage, 4× higher usage limits than Free, 2K image quality. For power users shipping at volume.
Plans are billed monthly. Annual billing is coming soon.
Upgrade your plan
- Open Manage Subscription and click Upgrade to this plan on the plan you want.
- Review the subscription details and check the authorization box.
- Click Continue to Payment and complete checkout. You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Link, Amazon Pay, Klarna, Cash App Pay, or bank.
How billing works
- Your subscription renews automatically each month at your plan's price until you cancel. You won't receive a separate reminder before each renewal charge.
- Subscription payments are non-refundable. If you cancel, you keep access through the end of the period you've paid for.
Cancel or change your plan
Cancel anytime before your next renewal date in Settings → Subscription, or by contacting support@amazecommerce.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you won't be charged for the next one.
Downgrading? If your stored images exceed your new plan's storage limit, your existing files are kept — but you won't be able to upload more until you delete enough to get under the limit.
