Manage Your Account Settings

Your account details live in Settings, at the bottom of the left-hand menu.

Update your personal details

  1. Go to Settings → Account Settings.
  2. Update your name, phone number, mailing address, or country.
  3. Click Save settings.

Note: Your email address is set when you create your account and can't be changed in Settings. If you need to update it, contact support.

Change your password

  1. Go to Settings → Change Password.
  2. Enter your new password in both fields. Passwords need at least 12 characters, including uppercase and lowercase letters and numbers.
  3. Click Change password.

Two-factor authentication

You set up two-factor authentication (2FA) when you create your account. It adds an extra verification step at sign-in to keep your account secure.

Sign out or deactivate your account

Both options are at the bottom of the Settings page. Sign out logs you out of this device. Deactivate account closes your account — contact support if you have questions before deactivating.
