Earnings and Payouts
Every sale earns you the profit you set on that product. The Earnings page shows where your money is at every stage.
The four stages of your money
- Pending Earnings — profit from orders that haven't shipped yet. Pending earnings become available after orders ship; canceled orders are removed.
- Available Balance — money that's ready to pay out.
- Requested Payments — payouts you've requested that are on their way.
- Total Paid — everything that's been paid out to you.
Each stage has its own tab with a full transaction history — date, event, quantity, and amount.
Before you can get paid
Add a payout method (PayPal or Payoneer) in Settings → Payment Details. The Earnings page will remind you until you do. See Set Up Your Payout Method.
Request a payout
Once you have an available balance, you can request a payout to your linked payout method from the Earnings page.
